DiverseAbility Dance
Dance Blast is committed to providing opportunities for all members of the community to participate in the arts, regardless of ability. All our DiverseAbility classes are inclusive, non-disabled dancers are very welcome.
The aims of Dance Blast's DiverseAbility programme:

to provide disabled members of the community the opportunity to participate in dance activities in a safe and creative environment, alongside their non-disabled peers

to provide opportunities for disabled people to experience the process of creativity through dance

to provide opportunities for disabled people to develop their dance skills

to provide opportunities for disabled people to perform

Monmouthshire Conected Dance Company
MCDC is an inclusive performance Company for disabled and non-disabled adults
We have a selection of weekly Danceability classes and one Circusability class.

Training
All of our Teachers and Assistants have completed StopGap's Seedbed Training in 2021 and our lead teachers are all IRIS trained.
