Adult Aerial
Aerial Circus on trapeze, hoops and silks. Beginners and Improvers classes available.  

Adult Street
A fusion of commercial, street and hip hop. Fun and energetic. Suitable for all abilities.

Circus Ability
Aerial Circus class for adult beginners of all abilities. Disabled dancers will be supported. 

Ballroom and Latin
Learn to Waltz, Foxtrot, Salsa and Cha Cha. Beginners Class for those new to ballroom. Intermediate Class for those wanting to improve their skills. No need to bring a partner. 

Adult Floorwork
Enjoy movement patterns which invite you to let go, pour your weight into the floor and feel the support of the ground. 

Adult & Teen Contemporary Dance
A creative, dynamic contemporary class. No experience necessary.
